Natural Health - Fasting Clean up
Fasting is not for everyone who wants to clean up, for various reasons:
* You do not want to go for three days funk
* It is too difficult to cook for family and other
* The first are accidents of sugar in the blood too uncomfortable
* Recruitment in eliminations are too uncomfortable
* You can not afford to lose stamina at work
* There is no support system in place
This does not mean that fasting is not beneficial, I think it is great and it has great benefits for health and beauty.
But I prefer to eat and clean, than not eat and clean.
I attended an intensive two weeks cleaning retirement last March in southern California, where we changed the raw food for four days with three days of fasting, juice. I lost so much weight that I really did not want to lose (10 pounds during the first 3 days) and when I got home I ended up eating more food than I eat normally, and won all weight back and more. I think my body has put in starvation mode and my metabolism took a few notches.
Thus, this experience, I decided, a part of my daily consumption of substances and foods that will cleanse my body continues to delegate.
Now when I tell you, it was something we could eat every day, helping the process of toxins from your body, you'd be interested to know what it was?
First, I would like to describe its characteristics:
* It has been used for cleaning the Egyptians
* If we do not eat it to get digested
* It is not absorbed into the bloodstream
* It absorbs water and swells
* It's like a gel that absorbs toxins
* It slows the absorption of sugar so it keeps the sugar level in blood
* As it moves into the intestine, he Scrubs "the walls of your digestive tract
* You feel so full, you can even lose weight
* Reduces cholesterol addition
What's this? Soluble fiber. What foods containing soluble fiber? Oats and oat bran, nuts, barley, flax, oranges, apples, carrots, to name a few.
But one of the best things you can take the pure soluble fiber with the sole purpose of a good cleaning is psyllium. Psyllium is a seed fibrous and often take the form of a powder for cleaning.
Did you know that psyllium has been used in ancient Egypt and was in the Papyrus Ebers (medical records of 1500 in British Columbia described)? It has been used for its laxative and antidiarrheal. What do you say that? He tells you he has two effects, so it is so "balanced".
Another early use of psyllium in the Old World were treated ulcers in the mouth and throat, stop nosebleeds, treat complications of the liver and help correct the loss of teeth. Psyllium has been administered to alleviate the complications of scurvy and verses.
The facility itself is "Plantago" and other parts of the plant are well known drug. Native Americans and Aztecs used bullets and plantago leaves as a cure coughs, wounds, insect bites and headaches.
Where do we find psyllium? Many cleaners on the market contain psyllium. One of the most popular products available on grocery shelves Metamucil - but who has other things on it too much sugar.
Here are two sources for a healthy, natural psyllium:
* Trader Joe's Store (if you're lucky to have one near you) has a product called psyllium secrets of pure psyllium.
* Young Living has a product called PKI multiple beverages containing fiber and oat bran, aloe, flax and fennel, and a few other things, including essential oils that are good for digestion.
A very important thing to remember when you take psyllium: Drink water!
