Nutrition - 5 Secrets not a healthy diet

Today we are five secrets that describe your healthy diet.

There are now so much information about what is good for our hearts, minds, blood, digestion, etc., the problem is that we are not all equal, we are not robots, we are all individual beings with different needs, desires, Body Make -up, ethnic origin, the tolerances for food, routines, health problems, likes and dislikes. So, if a healthy diet is presented to us, we can not all just go and start to follow a plan. We may have different needs beyond what was described in terms of food. It is good to find information, but we do not have the information, which is good for us and us alone.

The five secrets, which I present here today worked for me:

1. Do not follow the plan to the letter - we need to educate themselves, but also know when it is not in our interest to a diet that is not fair for us to go for some reason.

2. Do not eat eat the same food all the time - it is good for fresh vegetables, fruits, cereals and roots, but the mix and move around food. There are certain fruits and vegetables that do not eat well and eat together too many question every day. Our body is finally one can refuse food or we become allergic to the food if you eat all the time. For example, one should not mix melons with other fruits, they should be eaten alone, because it features in regard to enzymes and digestion.

3. Add healthier oils in our food - I do not want the bottles you find in supermarkets, they are rancid before the hit shelves. Olive oil, linseed oil, hemp oil, and nuts such as walnut and hazelnut. Add oil to your diet are very beneficial for your skin, hair and even eyes. You can add your kitchen oil, steaming along the salads and smoothies.

4. Eating local and organic whenever possible - more food on where you live, the more nutrients, vitamins, minerals and keep them fresh. Depending on your diet should be 150 miles. I do not think our food thousands of miles across the ocean to keep in the session and be gassed, that the colors will look real and the taste is fresh.

5. Keep reading and be educated about the food you eat, supplements you are taking or have taken, and try new things and be open to change. Listen to seminars, lectures, radio shows and blog conferences on the health of all speakers in the arena of health, nutrition, weight loss, energy, raw vegetables and positive thinking and take what works for you.

Remember also to meditate, take some time for yourself and be happy where you are today. All of these tips will help you a healthier, happier, less stress, less cortisol and actually can help you to lose weight naturally if it anything you want.
