Some foods are not as healthy as you think
Fruit and vegetables are good for you, right? Well, yes and no. Homegrown fruits and vegetables are for you! Mass-produced, imported fruits and vegetables significantly contaminate food, not really. I have to believe that strawberries have been the worst, but this list says otherwise. Fishing has earned the award. I think the skin absorbs soft and blurred, many toxins. It really is amazing what is served to eat for us. I once had a patient who drove a truck of produce. He told me how he can not believe he claimed that tomatoes were responsible firm and green, sprayed some chemical concoction, while in the truck when the delivery point at 8:00, had arrived in red tomatoes. It is a good reason to buy "vine ripened" tomatoes!
Whenever possible, locally grown fruits and vegetables are the best. Allergies? Locally grown products can help. The pollen, native to your region are the food of your low doses. The consumption of these local cultures allows you to develop more tolerance to this pollen. It is also important to realize that our food grown in depleted soil animals, so supplementation is essential. For most people, a multi-vitamin is sufficient, but do not forget to check with a health professional.
It's always a good idea to slow, continuous improvement of lifestyle. The attempt to make big changes quickly often results in the back or even abandon, not only bigger than the belly;)
