Three principles of success in a process of reflection Health

Successful women are women of reflection. Reflection is a very important process. It is a process of deep grasp of the women with their personal experiences and everyday life allows. It offers the opportunity to reinvent or rework or challenges of life. Thinking about this announcement, I was reflecting on some conversations I had with some women. When the woman I am, I listen very well to talk a person. What a person says, gives you much information about their state of mind. He sees me, what I call-entries of the character. In continuation of my thought process, I begin to think not about the challenge I had said this person, but my answer to what was said. I mean, how should I react, I think it was cause for concern? What I think I should learn from this reference to my character? I find that most of life's challenges that I face in relationships is more about my personal development as a woman of faith, then this is the situation themselves. So today I wanted some principles of thinking that I can help you break down your life so that you can imagine, they offer a better one.

Principle 1
Take some time to think outside of your daily activities. At the end of the day, I find it useful, some of which may be what bothers to register. Pamper yourself with these emotions first.

Principle 2
After experiencing these emotions, talk about your feelings with someone close to you. A woman, a woman of wisdom. Not someone who will line up your feelings because they love you, but it will also challenge a view to a more rational and real.

Principle # 3
Make some sort of solution to the situation. Decide how you react to what happens. use for me, I tend to take negative situations and as a fuel to create the growth opportunities in my life. I am honest and say what happened, ok this is what I learned and I only go forward.

These three principles is an excellent starting point in your own thinking process. You can not have the same way I do, but the idea is that you order an environment where people think and can take the time to start to prepare to do so, it will show sustainable results in your success journey.
